I have removed the oil sending unit from my 82 240 turbo which was located on the right side of the engine near the oil filter. The unit has two terminals on top, the "W" and the "G". I take it to mean "G" Gauge and "W" Warning light?? Am i correct? I am installing it on my 89 240 with the oil gauge from the 82 turbo. What problems am I going to have and where does it say 5 Bar or 3 Bar? Or am I totally off base here? What else do I need to hook it up? I have the gauge wire that goes to the 12V+ and I think the other one goes to the sending unit, I hope.. any help please?
