Car trouble 700 1989

I own a 1989 740gl Volvo. I need help!!!!!!

Idling is very low,check engine light is on,bad vibration that
feels like it is coming from exhaust or underneath car,using a
very large amount of GAS quickly,can also smell gas fumes.
