installing a cat and hi flow exhaust 200 1990

I got my new cat. converter and hi flow exhaust from IPD today. I have a few qeustions. First off the cat has a hole in it were something would screw in, oxeygen sensor i'm guessing, but my other exhaust doesn't have this hole. Is it possible to just put a bolt in the hole and plug it or did i get the wrong converter? Other then that the rest looks pretty simple, but if you have any tips or suggestion with installing either I wouldn't mind hearing them as this is the first time i've worked on the exhaust system. Thanks, Max
