Horn button causes rear wiper to activate 700 1989

I have an odd problem, when I press the horn button, the rear windshield wiper turns on. If I hold the button down, the horn will eventually sound. I recently jumped power from the fuse box, which I now see probably wasn’t the greatest idea, so I figure I’ve overloaded something and caused some wires to short, my question is where should I begin to look?
