ZF VS CAM steering rack? 200

Evidently, my dad needs a new steering rack, and I was wondering if there was any advantages of one type of rack over the other. For his 1980 262c bertone, you can get a ZF rack or a CAM rack. Does anyone know if one type is better than the other? Thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.
