front capipers...how to remove lines 700 1990

Hi all,
I am doing front brakes(discs, pads) and have some seepage at the brake pistons so I ordered up some rebuilt calipers also. Now the problem, this car is a '90 740 with dual brake lines. I managed to loosen both lines on the drivers side at the caliper but how the hell do I totally unthread them with the dual lines? With only one line i can just hold the caliper in my hand and unscrew it off the line but this is not possible with the two lines. Am I missing something or what's the trick? Thanks ahead of time.
