A/C Season 900 1994

Its that time of the year again, and I just noticed that the A/C on the 940 is no longer working, I read the FAQ's and there wasn't really anything that seemed to be it... Heres the problem, its a simple one: when you press the A/C button, nothing happens... no relays, no clutches, nothing. I was going to jump the wire like it says in the FAQ, but I don't know which wire that is? The woman that I bought it from bought it 5 or 6 years ago, and said that it never worked...

Also, does anyone know what the little white dot on the selector for the vent/ defrost/ feet is?
