Are there several varieties of fuel pump -> fuel filter crossover pipe
arrangements in existence for the bosch fuel pump / filter that sit in that
bracket under the car ? (Car is RHD 1994 940GL wagon, B230FB motor , Bosch fuel system)
FCP Groton link below shows the pipe as having a banjo connection one end and a hex nut at the other.

My 1994 940GL has Bosch fuel filter and pump, but the crossover pipe between
the two is a metal tube (copper?) and has the nut type arrangement at each
end (like the non banjo end in the Groton picture above)
The fuel filter on my car appears to have had some brass male-male fitting
screwed into it, so that both it and the pump present male fittings for the
crossover pipe.
Is this standard, or do I have some some sort of home made adaption fitted
to my car by persons unknown ?
Some gorilla at the Volvo dealer (?) in the past has allowed excessive force
to be applied to the crossover pipe when tightening the hex nuts, and the
metal crossover pipe has twisted and collapsed, and is approx 1/3 the
original diameter. Looking at it gets me worried, and I want to replace it
at the same time I do the new fuel filter.
As regards a new crossover pipe, I could change over to the FCP Groton part
shown above, but unfortunately, FCP Groton don't sell the banjo bolt I need
to screw thru the banjo into the Bosch fuel filter. Anyone know the Volvo
part nbr for this part ?
Alternatively, is the copper crossover pipe with nut - nut terminations a
standard part I can buy, (which would necessitate transferring the male male
fitting from the old filter to the new filter.) ?
Comments / advice appreciated.
