coil spring replacements 200 1991

Last year I replaced front and rear shocks, front ball joint, fron sway bar bushings, car rides much better, still somewhat rough on bumpy roads.

Just recently, though, I hauled about 200 lbs of bagged mulch in my trunk and I noticed how smooth the ride home was. What happened?? Do I need new springs also? If so, what type - original, heavyduty (wagon type), or IPD "overload"??
( I rarely haul or load anything heavy in my car) I would like a smooth ride, that handles like a race car, of course.

Any advise would be appreciated!! Thanks Tim Illinois
