High Beams won't stay on! 200 1983

Got a new headlight relay from FCPGroton..installed it and the high beams now will only flash (at least they are coming on..before not even a glimmer with the old relay). Is there some weird grounding or something in the switch or control that I'm missing?
Any ideas?
