Replacing the shocks. The bolt would turn, but so would the shock sleeve. Lower bolt frozen to the metal sleeve from the shock. No amount of hammering, etc would the sleeve let go. Sleeve turning inside the shock mount. Took an air chisel, cut the bottom of shock, bent it back so I could remove the shock. Bolt and sleeve still there. If you look down at the sleeve and rotate, you will see the seam of the sleeve, air chisel that seam, some PBlaster, and vise grips to hold the sleeve, then you can turn the bolt and break it free. It's easier to chisel through if you drill 3 holes through the bottom first. If you do this method first without the hammering, you can reuse the bolt. Both lower shock bolts were frozen like this.
