Muffler repair/or replace opinions needed.

Hi,
The pipe has come loose inside the resonator. There are no holes in the resonator itself. I was wondering if that pipe can just be welded to the resonator. Or should it be replaced.

Also, on the rear muffler, there is a very small hole near the where the pipe goes in. Again, should this be replaced, or can it be repaired by welding.

Everything else in the exhaust system looks good, except for those 2 problem areas.
