1984 Volvo 245DL 209K Miles




This lovely wagon completes my Volvo HAT TRICK (262C - 264GL - 245DL). Not the complete HAT TRICK I really wanted (265 where are you?) but I will take what I can get. This Volvo is my 2nd Volvo in 8-days so all you guys know I own my wife big.

Another great thing about this 84 245DL is who the previous owner was, none other than *INSERT DRUM ROLL HERE*... Dave Shannon (DAVESHAN). The 245 has Turbo Sways/Rims, Black Interior, Turbo Sways, and tons of other repairs/fixes that are covered on DAVESHAN's website.

And the last point I want to make is that my wife actually likes driving this car. She took it for a spin and was hooked. She feels safe, nimble, and in her words "SPORTY". After a nice wash and cleaning of the interior she really took a shine to it and said that the wagon looks fast and sporty with its smooth lines and Turbo Rims. Thanks a million to this site and all the members because without it I would not of been confident enough to continue the growth of my family. I guess I have to change my signature now but it will have to wait till tomorrow cause I'm going out for a drive.
