240 Seat Repair/Replacement 200 1993

I have a '93 240 classic wagon that I would like to keep in classic condition.

However, when I bought it 4 years ago, it had a cigarette burn hole in the driver's seat cushion, and a rip in the vinyl on the front passenger seat back.

These are charcoal cloth seats. I would like to fix, repair, replace these problems.

Looking for recommendations on which way to proceed without buying new covers from the dealer.
