turbo charger question 700 1990

hello,
I have a guestion that I was wondering if anybody could anwser for me. I have a 1990 volvo 740 turbo and I was wondering what brand of turbocharger was used and if it is watercooled or oilcooled. I am really interested in knowing this because I heard that you dont have to let them cool down as long after a long trip. I usually let my car idle down for 5 minutes. if anybody could help me out that would be cool.
