Newbie questions 900 1991

Hello all, I recently bought a 91 940SE, I have a few minor problems that I would like to solve before I started to modify it.
First, I have a problem in stop and go traffic, whenever I gased it too much (which boost gauge indicates it's boost not vaccum) I let go of gas and brake immediately the car will stall.
Second, the in dash temp gauge doesn't move at all, I've already tried to use the resistor trick and no luck, so it might be wiring or the gauge itself, any tip in how to check?
Third, when in boost, seems like the interior fan blower will stop until it sees vaccum again. ( I have climate control)
last but not least (not really important) I'm running on the IRS+Nivomat setup stock, other than the brickboard faq, will there be any options in getting a good set of matching rate springs + matching rate dampers F+R?
