Changing from dino to syntho 1994 944 NA 900

Since I'm in the middle of the head gasket change I figure I might as well take care of a few other items, like changing from dino to synthetic motor oil (also doing water pump and timing belt along with a general tune-up.)

My questions:

Which seals/gaskets would you replace when making this switch?

Do I need to do the oil pan gasket?

Any other thoughts/suggestions on making the transition?
