Fuel Pressure Control Regulator 200

Okay, so I've replaced the ECT, the AMM, air bypass valve. What else could be causing my cold running problem. This is very strange. Does the fuel pressure control regulator change functions according to temp? I dont know much about this fuel injection stuff so any help would be appreciated. It's been -10 degress the last couple of mornings so its been very finicky. Also, when its cold the exhaust stinks! Smells like motorcycle exhaust. Is this normal?
