Replace ol' reliable with an S90? 900 1998

OK, everyone...I've got the itch for a new(er) car. The current '89 740GL is running great, and has low-ish miles at 135k. It's in super shape, with the exception of the headliner, which needs, of course, to be replaced. It's had a couple nickel-and-dime issues in the past, but nothing serious. I'm kinda jonesin' for a newer car...you know, something with ABS, AC that works, decent power...that sort of thing. About 3 hours away at separate dealers are two S90s, both with the cold weather pack-- the locking diff alone is worth the price of admission, IMHO. They're priced at $10,995 and $11,995, and both have under 60,000 miles. Should I pack it in with the ol' 740, or hang onto it indefinitely? Opinions, please...
