ECU interchangeability 200

Hi

I have a short question concernig the ECU interchangebility in a 1989 245 with B230F engine.

The current ECU has the ID code "028000 561". The other one has the code "028000 951". Are these two ECU boxes interchangeable or will there be any kind of problems if I put the new one in? Moreover, does anybody know the difference between these two types of ECU´s?
