97 965 idle racing escape solved 900

Hi All
T'was the throttle position sensor that went to lunch...BUT when that went, the idle control solenoid allowed more air in, which the O2 sensor saw as a lean mixture, and subsequently called for more fuel, resulting in ++fuel with ++air, bypassing the throttle. Thus the runaway... Had I turned off the ignition switch, at sixty mph, the resulting lockup of the steering column might have given me a quick side trip into the bushes. Hmmmm...
