I just want to verify my understanding on two points:

1. Dot 4 brake fluid can be used in any system, on any brand car, when the owner's manual calls for Dot 3. There are no disadvantages to using Dot 4 in a system that calls for Dot 3. Is this true?

2. ATE Blue Racing brake fluid is rated Dot 4. True?
