561 fix 200 1990

I had the dreaded 561 ecu problem with the fuel pump relay. I fixed it by:

1. Removing the blue wire (in the top, middle of the six wires) that goes into the female connector for the fuel pump relay,
2. Inserting a new wire in place of the blue wire into the female fuel relay plug,
3. Grounding that new wire on the screw where the ecu mounting bracket attaches to the car.

Now the car runs perfect.
