Bumper cover removal 700

After deciding to paint rather than treat the faded bumpers on all three 740s we keep, I'd like to find out the easiest way to remove both front and back bumpers. I have decided that the fasteners must be replaced after forcing them from thier positions but I don't really know what will happen next. Will the next step be obvious or is there an orderly and proper way to attack this seemingly easy job. I'm working on an '89 745Ti, a '91 740 and a '90 740 GL. Due to a small bump into a light standard, I'll also try to replace the Turbo's front bumper and shocks. Then paint the cover. I've gone to the archives but I haven't found any real step X step intruction for this job. Any help would be appreciated.
