Sensor replacement schedule ? 700

Since my baby just turned over 200K, I've been doing major R&R for the coolant system, shocks and struts in addition to all the normal maintence items. One thing struck me while poking around though. Is there a schedule or "rules of thumb" for replacement of the various engine sensors? I don't know that there is a problem with any of them but, at 200 grand, I'll bet they are getting tired. I did the RPM sensor not long ago (fixed alot of issues) but now I'm wondering about the O2, Engine Coolant Temperature and since I have a Regina system - the MAP and Air temp sensors.

Does anyone schedule these replacements or do you wait until they go bad? I know I can test the individual items using the FAQ but should I just schedule replacement at specific mileage?

Thanks all.
