Brake Pad Wear 900 1997

1997 Volvo 960 uneven brake pad wear left to right side.

The front and rear brake pad wear is significantly greater on the passanger side than the driver side. A new master brake cylinder, all new calipers, pads and Balo rotors have failed to eliminate the problem. There has been no damage to the car or the hydraulic system. The ABS system checks out OK. The car has 116,000 miles, is in excellent condition and is used primarily on interstate highways.

I would appreciate any known causes and corrective action.
