How to get crank timing belt sprocket (gear) off the crankshaft on a B230F? 900 1993

Hi, on my '93 B230F engine I'm trying to get the crankshaft sprocket (timing belt gear) off the crankshaft. It needs to be replaced.

Does one need a puller (of what kind, then?) to do it? Or is there some other method? The FAQ seems unclear here.
