crank shaft bolt, camshaft bolt, etc. torquing.

I noticed im my Volvo service manual TP 30518/9 That the "Tightening torque data" stated, "The tightening torques apply to oiled nuts and bolts. Degreased (washed) parts must be oiled prior to use.
exs. camshaft gear......37 ftlb
crankshaft, center bolt pulley, step 1.....43 lb
step 2.....angle-tighten 60 degrees
I wonder if the faq should add this if its correct, or if not tell me what is :) Had I not been reading my newly acquired green books I would have torqued them dry.
