Ipd SS braided brake lines....?? 200 1993

These are an upgrade that I've never really seriously considered before. But since Ipd is offering a 15%(gasp) savings on them, I might go for it. Can anyone give me some insight on (A.)-How difficult would they be to install on an ABS equipt 240 wagon and...(B.)-Do they really make a dramatic difference in the brake pedal travel or general feel of the braking system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
