California source for replacement B230F for '87? 200

I'm looking for a good B230F replacement engine for '87 240 wagon project. Anyone know where to look within driving distance of California central coast area? Existing engine (242k) has possible head gasket and rod bearing problems at cylinders 3 & 4. Seems that a transplant is a better option. Thanks.

'88 240DL Sedan 301K (Daily commuter, 30mpg & runs like new)
'88 240GL Wagon 149K
'87 240DL Wagon 242K (not running)
