shimmer and shake 700

Hello all, I need to know how to turn up the RPM on my 88, 740 GLE with a b230f> At present it is doing a bit of shaking while at idle so I was wondering if turning the rpm up would fix that I think its too low ( running at about 600 to 700rpm).
To anyone who ight be able to help please be specific with location on the engine .

Here is what i have done to try and remove the shake > new plugs, wires,rotor,cap, oil and filter.
