how tough is changing the timing belt on a 240 for a novice? 200

Anyone want to offer words of wisdom on how tough a job it is to replace the timing belt on my 1989 240 DL? I'm a little more advanced than a shade tree mechanic but I have never been inside an engine. Any advice?
