I've peeled, pulled and chipped up the original sound deadening material on my floors in preparation for treating surface rust in the front footwells. Once that is done, what alternatives to the Dynamat IPD sells is there? Rather than the $70 they get for a sheet of this material I'd like to find an aerosol or paint-on solution.
In auto parts stores I see aerosol rubberized undercoating and truck bed liner coatings similar to Rhino lining that are applied with a brush or roller. Are any of these products a good replacement to the original material?
Thanks,
