AMM 200 1991

Hi Guys

The check engine light came on while driving home. The code reads 121 - AMM. The car also started to hesitate on acceleration and has no power. I replaced the AMM about 4 yrs ago (~65,000 miles ago). Is it time for a new one? The guy who originally replaced it, charged ~$350. Can I get an AMM and install it myself ? - I'm a very, very poor grad. Student - If so, where can I get the cheapest, etc?
