PLEASE HELP SEAT BELT WILL NOT GO IN (I really need your help!!) 200 1987

my '87's back seat retractor for the seat belt does not want to retract so i went to the 700 FAQ and undid the bolts as it said on the back self holding the retractor, after doing to the belt got sucked up to the swivel thing ( on the colum running to the roof). I didnt even get to fix it becuase the parts inside are protected by a Y shaped head its not a torx it looks just like a Y (volvo told me it is a safety feature and now have to buy a whole new seat belt). so i tried to set it back on the shelf but cannot!!. i took off the bolt n the colum running to the roof where the swivel head is and it then got to the crack between the seat back and seat bottom and i still cannot put it back it is locked. please help!!. it will not go back and i cannot afford to buy a new one. what can i do?? THANKS A LOT!!!
