new break pads & rotors squeel and chirp 700 1987

After installing new pads and rotors in the front and using the orange goopy stuff for "anti rattle" my breaks still a rythmic squeek, squeek, squeek when slowing down and "chirp" when letting off the break peddle. I took the car to the shop and they did a light turning on the new rotors. This gave no improvement. Any ideas?
