annoying sound is back again! 700

This morning when I started up my car I heard that same *rrrrrrrr* sound coming from the bottom part of the center console. I have had the tranny mount and engine mounts replaced (both from FCPgroton). Sound went away for about a week after the tranny mount/engine mounts were replaced. Today the sound seemed to get a little bit louder when moving forward at slow speeds. After driving around for a little while the sound eventually goes away until you let the car idle for a few minutes or shut it off and then start it again. The car seems to be running as usual otherwise. Any ideas as to what I am dealing with here?
