best touch up paint? 200

I've got an 1984 Appalachian Blue 244 DL that has some minor rusting that I'd like to clean up. Can anyone recommend the best paint to use? Recommendations of online and national chains would be great. The best place I've found so far is http://www.paintscratch.com/. I haven't placed an order yet though so I have no idea about the quality of the product. Thanks!
