My 760 Turbo B230ET has been using about 18L per 100kms, I pulled the plugs and have confirmed it has been running rich (plugs black with dry carbon soot), info and experience with the ET engines seems a little thin, does anyone have any ideas on why it could be running so rich???
FPR does not smell of fuel or seem to leak, the car uses a flap style air flow meter and they are suposed to be quite bullet proof, engine does have a rough idle with a suspect idle control valve but that never caused this problem before.
It just seems like there is too much fuel, I'm looking for things to check and the best way to check them, so please feel free to fire away with your sugestions.
