Hello ... I own/drive a 1982 Turbo Coupe and at 200K miles I had to replace the front strut inserts. The struts I replaced were orange w/Volvo printed on them and the strutrod/stem was just alittle smaller than the strut case itself, approx. 1 1/16". I'm wondering who made these shocks for Volvo. I installed KYB's and there not even close to as good as the originals were. I'm wondering if the originals were DeCarbon or Bilstein or something else. Anyone know who made them originally? Thanks Gary
