Fuel Filter Replacement... Gone Bad HELP! 700

Ok I admit... I shouldn't have taken this on, on my own. I ended up having a friend come and help me finish it up. From what I can tell everything is hooked back up correctly. But the engine is not turning over? I've tried starting 4 times. I get good cranking but no start. Here's how the fuel filter replacement went:

1. Depressurized Fuel System (Started Car, Removed Fuel Pump Fuse, Car Died, Shut off Car.)
2. Disconnect Negative battery terminal.
3. Remove harness holding LH Jetronic Pump and Filter
4. Disconnect both leads to pump. (GND & ORG)
5. Disconnect Banjo on Pump Side (Mistake #1)
6. Disconnect Banjo on Engine Side
7. Replaced Fuel Filter (Placed filter in bracket, reconnected with bolts each having two new copper compression washers.
8. Bolt up harness.
Next Morning
1. Put in fuel pump fuse
2. Reconnect Battery
3. Go to Start.... Nothin except it cranks but won't turnover.

Any Ideas???!?!??!???!??!!!! PLEASE!!! HELP!
