87 760 turbo upgrades 700 1987

Ok, i bought my dads 87 760 turbo intercooler off him. It has turbo plus and is pretty quick. its all stock. I am planing on upping the boost to about 12 or 13psi. I know a i need an ajustable fuel preasure regulator. I was wonder if anyone know where i can get a cheap one, and what else i could do to increase the cars proformance.
