Question on installing a free-air sub 200 1990

Hi all,

I would like to install a free air sub in the 240. Even though it might not be the best sounding system, this is what I have collecting dust in my basement and I don't want to go out and buy a new one. What is behind the rear seat? brief inspection showed it could be sheet metal??? Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

Oh, BTW, the sub is 15"
