Fuel starvation 200

I have a 1981 240DL Wagon that recebtly died due to fuel starvation. I have new fuel pumps (main and in tank) and they pump fuel to the main filter on the fire wall but no fuel reaches my cylinders. Any ideas on what to look at next? Thanks. Tim
