Hello guys!
I have another 760 question. The hose connection that connects to my breather element on the valve cover crankcase (oil-refill)had some condensation drip out of it. It was not a whole lot, but I did notice some old coolant residue (caked white substance) to be inside of the hose. Also the crankcase breather had a light brownish type of residue on its bottom end. The car does not overheat and or knock. The heat is superb, all warning lights are functional and are well. It appears that the last owner had some work done in the timing chain case area. It has a new gasket/fresh sealant in this area. Despite oil being all around the front part of the engine, no new leaks were evident. The ignition rotor also displayed oil leakage around the distributor cap shield (possible o-ring)? Again all of the other oil leakage is primarily in the timing chain case area. The car has around 150,000 plus miles, and runs/rides very very smooth! Is my head gasket going? Please help!!
Thanks in Advance
