Retrofit early bumpers from 1975 - 1980 models to a 1984 wagon 200

Will the early aluminum bumpers and trim bolt fit the 1984 wagon without extensive fabrication?

I've had two 1980 wagons before my current 1984 model, and simply prefer the earlier bumper design.
