Exhaust Manifold Gaskets? 200 1985

Howdy! I am about to install a set of Elwis Royal exhaust manifold gaskets on my '85 Turbo. There is a metal shiney side and a "cushioned" asbestos side. Which mates to the head? There is no ut "out" stamped on them.
