VCOA Connecticut chapter members needed 700 1985

Hello. Recently I requested information on starting a Volvo Club of America chapter in Connecticut and in order to start a chapter in Connecticut, I need a minumum of 10 members to start, but there are other requirements that need to be met which I will take the responsibility of. There are VCOA chapters in Mass, NY, etc. but none where I live. I am 100% dead set on getting this in motion, but I need YOUR HELP. If you are interested I could really use the support! This national Volvo club is open to all regardless off year or model of vehicle. Even if you are just a Volvo enthuasiast you can be a member.
