Observations on tuneup and oil change 900

Well I decided to complete this routine after getting the solid dirt on how to by posting and reading in this forum.
I bought the Wells cap and rotor. The quality seems OK but not quite as good as the Bosch from Volvo. I used Bosch plugs and I think Volvo plugs are Bosch with Volvo stamped on them.

I changed the oil and opted for synthetic. Wal-Mart has it's own synthetic 10W-30 for $3.00/qt. I've read it is Quaker State synthetic in a different bottle.
I think the Volvo oil filters are about the best for the money. They are really no more expensive then any of the aftermarket replacments. Needed a large slip jaw style filter wrench to get the filter off($10.00). Parts are what Auto Zone has to offer.
The plan is to stick with the synthetic at least for the colder winter months.

Cost:
4 Bosch plugsX $1.00= 4.00
1 Wells dist. cap x $6.00
1 Wells rotor x $6.00
1 Volvo oil filter = $5.25
1 crush washer= $.60
4 qts. synthetic x $3.00 = $12.00

total for tune up and oil change =$33.85

Thank you gentlemen for the advice!
