Hi,
On my 1988 740 Turbo sedan (100.000 km), I find the rear suspension is to soft, imprecise and that I can feel every defect of the road. Plus, when the car is loaded (4/5 persons + luggages), I find the rear of the car is very low but road handling is better.
I think coils are too weak, not enough strong. What do you think about that ?
What should I do, something pragmatic and not to much expensive, to get a harder, more precise and safer rear suspension ?
P.S.: my father, on his 740 diesel sedan, swapped the rear coils whith coils takien on a dead Turbo Wagon. Worked great !
